PRESIDENT, FOUNDER

Jihan Marielle Antoine, 27, graduated from Stony Brook university with dual degrees in Journalism and Business Management.  With several years of public relations experience, in 2008, she started her public relations firm called Premma-Belle Media, LLC which specializes in entertainment publicity and guerilla marketing. She currently represents several individuals in the entertainment and arts industry from Producers, Entertainment attorneys, Interior Designers, and more.  She consults with self-published authors, artists and served as the Publicity Director for the entertainment web series, "I AM WHAT I DO," created to highlight the best underground artists. Bel Ti Fi Inc. was founded in the honor of her grandmother, Yolande Paret, who passed away in October of 2009.

As a licensed real estate agent in the New York area for S.A.C. Properties, she focuses on both commerical and residential properties in Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn. As an avid lover of entertainment, she interned at Island Def Jam Music Group for three years and was the creator of the "FoQus Forum" which enabled young aspiring musicians and other entertainment  professionals the opportunity to be involved in the publicity and promotional campaigns for major artists such as Kanye West, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, The Dream, and more. 

She worked as a publicist for 2 years at Hachette Book Group for the Grand Central Publishing imprint in NYC. Working specifically within the Multicultural, Business Plus, and Romance imprints. Her responsibilities include handling media relations,  liaising with media, assisting and organizing publicity campaigns, review/catalog mailings, and securing media coverage. As well as assisting with coordinating author tours and events! She's worked on major publicity campaigns for: Shaquille O' Neal, Julianna Baggott, Coach Ken Carter from "Coach Carter" the movie, Kimberla Lawson Roby, Dr. Hawa Abdi, Brad Meltzer, QuestLove, and more. 

She currently resides in Freeport, Long Island with her mother, an architectural designer for all the Queens borough public libraries and is a published artist, and with her younger brother, Alexandre, was is studying law. Her father owned two popular Caribbean restaurants, Chez Antoine and Caribbean Zone in Long Island and is currently a cytologist at New York university medical center.

Treasurer, CO-FOUNDER

Jessie Rigaud, 26, has her BBA from Baruch College with a major in
Human Resources Management and a minor in French.

She currently is a Human Resources Coordinator for Ernst & Young in
New York City.  She plans on obtaining her MBA in International
Business. She enjoys French films, plays, brunch, and anything new and
different.

She is a driven, confident, goal-orientated Haitian-American woman.
She believes that BelTiFi is a wonderful organization that is much
needed in the Haitian community, and is dedicated to fulfilling
BelTiFi's credo.

Tai Lucien, 26, is the "Bèl Ti Social Butterfly".  Born and raised in the Bronx, she takes great pride in her Haitian-American culture and upbringing, which she attributes to her driven, dedicated, and disciplined personality.


After attending St. Johns' University, Tai's interest in medicine has led to her to a deep concern for community education and public health.  She hopes to one day utilize her knowledge and vision to help the beautiful nation of "Ayïti".  Tai also plans to delve into her creative and artistic side and create art programs and galleries. 

As the proud mother of a newly born baby boy, Tai looks forward to representing and engaging with young, successful women who balance out their daily lives, both professional and social, while taking care of family; these are the "poto-mitans" of our society.

Communications & Publicity Chair, CO-FOUNDER

Judith Jacques At a very tender age Judith, with an esteemed entrepreneurial spirit, began her business as a Wedding Planner.


Utilizing her great "people skills" as well as her passion for the empowerment of the Black community, Judith is the CEO of BLACK STREET. This was created solely to cater to the Black Community. Their goal is to provide an outlet which enforces, enlightens, encourages, and educates the Black community. BLACK STREET believes their roles are essential in the growth and positivity of the Black community. These individuals are provided with a voice through a common outlet: BLACK STREET.

Judith Jacques, studied Public Relations & Marketing. She has worked diligently to brand herself as a prominent and successful entrepreneur.She is a multi-talented young woman who engages daily with prominent and like-minded individuals who she can learn from as well as build beneficial relationships with. 


Judith equips and instills in her daily the tools that will make her successful. Her Motto's: "Building My Empire!" & "Make It Happen".... Are exactly what she plans on doing!

Social Media & Interaction chair, CO-FOUNDER

Diana Raymond, 26, is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, with a B.S. in Legal Studies.  She currently works as a Program Assistant in the Domestic Violence Administration department of Safe Horizon, a non-profit organization geared towards helping and housing women and families who have suffered from domestic violence situations.

In her leisure time she enjoys watching movies, reading books by James Patterson, brunch outings with friends and doing work for BelTiFi.

She thoroughly enjoys her work at BelTiFi and loves to help young Haitian-American women gain knowledge of their history and gain confidence in being BelTiFis.
